What we collect

There is one form on this site, and it is the subscribe box. Read a page and fill in nothing, and nothing is stored about you personally, only the anonymous page count described further down. The Sen MovesWear shop lives at senmoveswear.com, which has its own privacy policy covering orders and payments.

Subscribing stores your email address, when you first subscribed and when you last did, whether you have confirmed, and which page you subscribed from. It also stores how you arrived: the page that linked you here, anything after the question mark in the address of the page you subscribed from, and the description your browser sends about itself. Those three are capped and kept so that a real person can be told apart from a flood of spam.

Where it is kept

In Netlify Blobs, the storage that runs alongside this site's hosting, whose privacy policy is at netlify.com/privacy. There is no other database holding anything about you, and no advertising network. The emails themselves, the confirmation and the dispatches, go out through Resend.

The one other thing stored is a short-lived counter, kept against the sender's internet address when the form is submitted so that one sender cannot flood it. It holds a number and an expiry time, nothing else, and it is no part of your subscriber record.

How we use it

We use your email to send the things you asked for (a confirmation, the occasional dispatch). Nothing is sent at all until you click the confirmation link. We do not sell or share it with third parties beyond the services needed to run the site.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no cookies for visitors. No advertising.

Page views are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a small script from Cloudflare that reports the page you viewed, the page that linked you here, and your browser type. Cloudflare states that it uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and does not fingerprint visitors by IP address or browser details. We see totals, never an individual visitor. Cloudflare receives your IP address in the course of serving that request, as any web server does; its privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. If your browser or an ad blocker blocks the script, the site works exactly the same.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in the footer of every send. To request a copy of your data or its deletion, email hello@senmoves.com.
